Services. We prepare and file business documents based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information. Government filing times are outside our control.
Fees & refunds. Service fees and included government fees are shown at checkout. Because filings are submitted to government agencies on your behalf, fees for work already performed or government fees already paid are non-refundable.
Not legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.
Communications. By providing your contact details you agree we may contact you about your order by email and, if you opt in, by SMS.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
